π My dear chechi (elder sister in native language-malayalam), Annie James, turned 50 today! πβ¨ Born on November 2, 1974, sheβs not just my elder sister but a pillar of strength in my lifeβa true Federal Reserve, a place of peace and security π. She is a remarkably kind and loving soul β€οΈ. To those who know me, itβs no surprise that there are four women who have profoundly shaped my life: my mom, my wife, and my two elder sisters, with Annie as the second of the two πΈ. These four, along with two of my close friends, are blessings from Almighty God that I treasure deeply π. I am truly fortunate to have them π«.
Today, during a video call to wish her a Happy 50th Birthday π, my wife asked Annie if she could share a few words of wisdom from her 50 years of blessed life. She paused for a moment, then thoughtfully shared the following insights:
1. π Obey God at all times.
2. π Be kind to yourself and forgiving; if you want to forgive others, start by forgiving yourself.
3. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Value family; itβs a gift from God.
4. π€² Be gentle to others and avoid rudeness.
5. π― Donβt set unrealistic benchmarks.
6. π Be patient; even streams find a way through deserts.
7. π God is good all the time.
8. ποΈ Pursue peace.
9. β³ Slow decision-making is often a blessing in disguise.
10. π A gentle soul is always blessed.
11. π§ Patience brings wisdom.
12. π You are not worthless just because someone ignores you.
13. π¬ Offer feedback without expecting to change others; we can only do so much.
14. π§ββοΈ Honor your parents at all times.
15. β€οΈ After God, family is the first priority.
16. π± If you feel ignored, take it as the beginning of true appreciation.
Simply amazing. πβ¨
